Frequently Asked Questions

What time is check in and check out?

For our homes in Port Aransas, the check out time is 11 AM and the check in is 4 PM. In the Smoky Mountains, check out is at 10 AM and check in is at 4 PM.

Do you allow early check-ins?

We always try and accommodate early check ins at no charge when we are able to. If we have someone checking out the morning of your arrival, our cleaning team usually needs the full amount of time to make sure everything is cleaned to our high standards. If they do get done early, we will let you know and you are more than welcome to check in early.

Will I be given a key to check in or a code?

We send instructions for check in along with the address of the home 48 hours before check in. All of our homes have unique 4 digit codes for the duration of your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Tuquoise TIdes in Port Aransas is currently the only home that is pet friendly at this time. There is a pet fee non refundable pet fee of $75 per dog with a maximum of two dogs.

The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, pictures don't do it justice. Everything was in new condition and clean. Even though this was a workcation for us, we 100% enjoyed the vacation portion. All amenities provided and surely felt right at home. This literally has everything you need for any stay from an ample amount of plush bath towels to pool towels to even makeup removal towels. All televisions are smart devices for your streaming needs and the wifi is plenty fast to stream movies while getting work done on the laptop if need be. The climate controlled pool and pool room were a joy along with the hot tub on one of the three balconies. There is even an enclosed theater room with bench seating with plenty of space and also a large game room. This is for sure one of the nicest cabins you can stay in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay, and felt right at home! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and more. It was well organized and easy to find what we needed. Bathrooms were fully stocked. Everything was fantastic! Location allows for the mountain getaway escape, but still close to activities and dining. Our kids loved the activity room and pool, and had sleepovers in the movie room. It was perfect!

The house was great! The location was perfect and close to everything. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mom so she didn’t have to climb the stairs. The kids room upstairs was spacious and a great space to play when we weren’t out and about. The house had everything we needed to cook. It was cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed it!

Everything about our stay here was perfect. To start with the views are incredible and you can watch the sunrise over the ocean in the mornings. The home was beautiful and very clean, stocked with all of the typical necessities. There is a lot to do in the area and some wonderful places to eat. Jessica was quick to respond to all of my messages. Next time we visit the area we would definitely book this place again!

What a great host! Our vacation happened to be scheduled the same week that hurricane Beryl was threatening to hit the Port Aransas area. Jessica kept us informed as the city made decisions concerning the safety of its citizens and non-residents. Thankfully we were only delayed by one day. I was very impressed with how well the condo was stocked with the essentials. We had a large group but we had everything we needed. It was so nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and gift shops in the area.

This was a beautiful home! It was immaculately cleaned and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the location is perfect! There was ample room for everyone! The kids bunk room was super cute! Convenient to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

The beach house was perfect for us. Plenty of room and bathrooms. The location was great. Had a nice pool which was great for a rinse after being at the beach. Good air conditioning, smells nice, and comfy living room for movies. Very happy to have stayed.

Our family really enjoyed our vacation in Port Aransas. Jessica was very friendly and if i had a question, she answered it right away. The house was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The large kitchen table was perfect for our family. The childrens room is awesome! The boys loved it! Each bed in the childrens room had its own night light!! Very lovely home!
