You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time. This is a Mustang Towers rule.
We require that the guest booking the house signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.
Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in front of the building. There are two elevators that will take you right to the 14th floor and you may use one of the carts that Mustang Towers offers to take your stuff from the parking area to the room.
Trash: There are trash chutes on each floor. Please make sure trash is in a bag and tied up.
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.

Our family had a great, much-needed vacation and this condo was a perfect fit for us. Jessica was friendly and responded quickly to any questions and issues that came up. Clean and tidy with a fantastic view of the Gulf!

We had a fantastic stay! The ocean views were absolutely perfect, and the quiet beach was wonderful for long walks. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The patio was one of our favorite featuresβenjoying morning coffee while watching the sunrise was incredible! One thing to be aware of is that the building elevator had a posted notice stating it could potentially get stuck between floors, with a radio available to call for assistance. We found that a little concerning, although this appears to be an issue with the building itself and not something within the unit owner's control. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The peaceful setting, beautiful views, and beach access made it a memorable getaway, and we would happily stay here again!

What an awesome view from the Balcony. It couldnβt have been a better view. Condo was clean and perfect for our little getaway. We had a couple of issues that were beyond Jessicaβs control. Once we notified her she jumped right on it and kept us updated on when repairs would be completed. She stayed in constant contact with us. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Jessica was quick to respond and set up a repair man to fix the air conditioner. The views are spectacular! Access to the beach is really nice and having beach chairs and a wagon were a pleasant bonus.

This was a WONDERFUL condo to stay in. Incredible view, short walk to the beach, perfect distance from Port A, and kitchen and washer/dryer in the condo were wonderful. There are no longer dumbbells for workouts but they are working on a gym for the future. Great stay!
