Yes, we are pet friendly! We allow two dogs only up to 50 pounds. $75 pet fee per dog. Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool.
You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad.
We require that the guest booking the house signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods and plenty of hand soap and dish soap.
Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar.
Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels but please also bring some of your own. We have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is parking for six cars under the house plus an area for a golf cart. There is an additional parking area at the front of the subdivision if you have more vehicles. HOA does not allow parking on the street.
Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance and under the house where cars are parked. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub.
Trash: Please take trash to the dumpster
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
