Bedrooms:
-King Bed with ensuite bathroom
-Bunk Room: 4 twin beds with shared bathroom
-King Bed with shared bathroom
-Master Suite with separate entrance: King bed, kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge with ensuite bathroom
You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad.
Pets: Dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay, with a weight limit of 45 lbs each. Larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per dog applies for the entire stay. Cats and other pets are not permitted. Please note that pets are NOT allowed in the pool. If pet hair is found in the pool filter, a $300 cleaning fee may apply.
We require that the guest booking the home signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.
Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar.
Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is parking for three to four cars in the driveway. Overflow parking is across the street at the community pool.
Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance only for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub that is behind the TV console.
Trash: Trash comes every Monday and Thursday. If you are at the house on Sunday or Wednesday
evening, please take the can to the curb.
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.

This was a lovely house in the Royal Sands area of Port Aransas. I liked that itβs not in the bustle of town but close enough. There are a couple of great restaurants at Cinnamon Shore next door within walking distance. And itβs also walkable to the beach, but in hot weather, I recommend getting a beach cart. The house itself has a lot of space, 2 bedrooms in the main house and a little in-law unit with a bathroom and kitchenette. A couple of issues - we ran into cockroaches, both alive and dead, but I know thatβs normal in this area. The house itself was clean, so not really attracting bugs. They were very upfront about what they do & donβt provide, but I really wish they provided basic bath soap & beach towels. And the patio needs to be cleaner to fully enjoy it. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying here. We had a great time as a family.

The communication with the host was top tier on top of being prompt and helpful when needed! Excellent place and loved the beach access! The separate living space was great for a large group for our family! Canβt wait to come back!

We had a great stay!! The pool is literally across the street..very convenient, this house is one of the few thatβs still one story, was perfect for my elderly mother and my sister that has problems walking right now.. the host recommended golf cart Company that was great.. they delivered golf cart to our location and picked up from the house.. will definitely come back.
