Welcome to the Bougie Beach House by Travel Well Properties! The best of Island living. Imagine waking up to the smell of fresh ocean air or walking the beach at sunset. This new listing is in the perfect location steps away from the beach and situated between Cinnamon Shore North & South.
Please note: This is a new subdivision and there is ongoing construction near the house.

Yes, dogs are welcome! Max of 2 dogs up to 45 pounds each. We do take larger dogs on a case by case basis. $75 fee per dog for the entire stay. Please note that pets are NOT allowed in the pool. If pet hair is found in the pool filter, a $300 cleaning fee may apply.
We require that the guest booking the house signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.
Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar.
Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels but please also bring some of your own. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is parking for three small cars OR 1 large truck and one car under the house. There is an additional parking area at the front of the subdivision if you have additional vehicles. HOA does not allow parking on the street.
Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance and under the house where cars are parked. It is for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub.
Trash: Please take trash to the dumpster
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.

Amazing stay! Jessica is a thoughtful and highly responsive host. The house was generously stocked with Keurig coffee pods, and being just two minutes from Cinnamon Shore’s restaurants and shops was a huge bonus. Plus, having a Tesla EV charger right at the house was a game-changer for fellow Tesla owners!

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was very close to the beach and the perfect size for a family of four. The beds were extremely comfortable and the unit was very clean! The outdoor shower was very convenient, and we loved using the pool after the beach. Overall we loved the space!

Jessica was very responsive.. allowed us to check In slightly early since we were traveling with small children.. she also recommended a nearby park. We had some issues with ants.. as often happens in Port A but Jessica sent pest control out right away. The house wasn’t large but was well appointed and had everything we needed for a beach stay. Pool on site was small but great for the kids and the community pool was great as well. Close to the beach, easily walkable. We also rented a golf cart from a locally recommended company that delivered and picked up. Overall great experience. Would stay again and again!

Jessica was easy to work with, proactive and friendly. The place was well decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with things we needed. It was close to the beach which was awesome!

Great place! Super comfy beds and great shower. Was cool to just walk the boardwalk over the dunes and be on the beach. Jessica is on top of it and communicates well. Also like how the house is fully stocked with stuff. I will definitely stay here again!

Great home with lots of amazing amenities. From the pool to the ice maker, we used it all! Easy access to the beach via the boardwalk. As mentioned there is construction right behind the house so we enjoyed morning coffee on the beach. Only issue for us was there was little space to put our own items. Decorations were beautiful but left the home feeling a bit cramp because we had a dog kennel and pack and play. For groups with less stuff, it would be a non issue. Would stay at a property of Jessica’s again though for sure!

This house is amazing. That first peak in the door with the cool welcoming air conditioning is a wow moment. The house is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Everything in the house was spotlessly clean. It felt as if we were the first guests to ever rent this paradise on the beach. The bed in my room was so comfortable that I couldn’t even read without dozing right off to sleep. My grandson LOVED the construction . We took turns sitting on the balcony so he could watch the goings on. But if you don’t have a toddler to entertain, it still won’t bother you. Being so close to the beach was awesome. The short walk on the boardwalk was very convenient. The little private swimming pool was an extra bonus. We will definitely be back. With the family growing, we may need a four bedroom unit, though.

The Bougie House was the best!! We had everything we needed and more. Loved being close to the beach and then having a pool as well. The house was comfortable as were the beds. The ice maker came in very handy. Loved the decor too. Definitely 5 stars!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
