You can also stay at the private shared pool on those hot days when you don’t want walk to the beach or hang out on the patio next to our HUGE yard on a corner lot.

This newly renovated and decorated property, with the chicest beach decor in Port A, is insta worthy and is ready for your next vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to make chef worthy meals for those nights you don’t want to go out and our table seats 12 comfortably. Turquoise Tides offers a large bunk room for the kids with two full over full bunks and it’s the only homes in Sunrise Cottages complex that has 4 bedrooms with three FULL bathrooms and a half bath.

You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time.

We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.

Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar.

Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels but please also bring some of your own. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.

Parking: There is parking for two cars and a golf cart in the driveway. Because we are on a corner lot, there is also street parking.

Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance only for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub that is behind the TV console.

Trash: Trash comes every Friday and Tuesday. If you are at the house on Monday or Thursday evening, please take the can to the curb.

Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
