Pets: Dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay, with a weight limit of 45 lbs each. Larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per dog applies for the entire stay. Cats and other pets are not permitted. Please note that pets are NOT allowed in the pool. If pet hair is found in the pool filter, a $300 cleaning fee may apply
We require that the guest booking the house signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.
Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels but please also bring some of your own. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is parking for three small cars OR 1 large truck and one car under the house. There is an additional parking area at the front of the subdivision if you have additional vehicles. HOA does not allow parking on the street.
Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance and under the house where cars are parked. It is for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub.
Trash: Please take trash to the dumpster
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.

We had an amazing 5 day stay! This place was great for our family of 5 with 3 little kids 0-7 years old and our dog. It was a fast 8-10 min walk to the beach - the onsite beach wagon was so helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, it was perfect for what we look for and needed in a vacation spot - peaceful, relaxing, close to the beach. We would absolutely come back here! Thanks to Jessica for a great stay, you were super responsive to all our questions and it made for a seamless experience! βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

From booking to check out, Jessica was quick to respond to any communication. The house was pristine and the neighborhood, even though construction continues, was clean and quiet. We rented our golf cart from Port A Beach Buggies and spent the majority of our day on the beach under our rented Shibumi, in the water and visiting Port Aransas.

Beautiful home with great beach access. Enjoyed the walk to beach and ability to use golf cart to ride to beach. Home was very clean and had everything needed in kitchen. Only negative was houses so close together that you can hear neighbors outside your window. Also small bedroom windows do not have blinds or shades and lots of light from neighborhood made it difficult to darken room at night. Jessica was very responsive and helpful in all matters and we really enjoyed our time in Port A!!

Jessica's place was cozy and relaxing for the perfect beach getaway. Having a private pool is such a plus if the beach waves are too much, also a safer options for kiddos. The golf cart accessible boardwalk was also a great plus! The place was very clean and had the basic essentials. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location, close to the beach! Our kids loved the pool downstairs! We rented golf carts and were able to easily get from the house to the beach. Great weekend trip!
