Please note that are winding and steep roads to get to the cabin. If it snowing or if there is ice, the roads are cleared within 24-48 hours and then you may park at the top of the hill to access the cabin until the snow has been removed/ice has thawed. There is parking for 5-6 cars depending on the size but please note that the driveway is steep and the parking area is mostly flat.

🚗 IMPORTANT Travel Info:
Mountain roads can be steep and winding. In snowy or icy conditions, 4-wheel drive is mandatory.
🔧 Construction Notice:
There is ongoing construction in the area as cabins are being rebuilt after past wildfires—thank you for your understanding and patience.
🏊 Pool Maintenance:
Our pool service company visits every Tuesday to ensure everything stays pristine. They may enter if you're not home—let us know if you prefer to reschedule.
🐾 No Pets: We do not allow pets at this time—thank you for your cooperation.
🐞 Mountain Living:
As with all mountain homes, occasional encounters with ladybugs or bugs are possible despite monthly pest control. This is common throughout the Gatlinburg area.
🐻 Wildlife Safety:
Yes, there are bears!
-Always lock house doors and vehicles (especially at night time)
-Never leave food or trash outside
-Use only the bear-proof trash bins
Note: There is no outdoor grill—guest safety and wildlife management are our top priority.
📜 House Rules:
-A rental agreement and a security deposit hold (like a hotel) are required for booking.
-No parking on the street—ample space for 5–6 vehicles in the driveway.

The place matches the description and the house is very clean and spacious. The deck overlooks scenic mountains and greenery. It is in a neighborhood yet feels private once you enter the house. The drive up to the house is easy and only 9 mins from Gatlinburg visitor center. The host is very responsive and answered our questions quickly. If you are visiting during icy or snow times make sure the vehicle is 4 wheel drive because of the winding roads and slope in the driveway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place and will plan to return for future trips.

Great house with good views of the beautiful smoky mountains. House was easy to find with GPS. Driveway starts steep but is manageable with a good amount of level parking down by the house. Check-in and check-out were simple because of good instructions provided by the host. Kitchen was very well stocked, which is unusual for an Airbnb. I like to cook and this is the first time I didn’t need to use the cooking tools I bring. Saw a lot of bears. Host was responsive. We would stay here again if visiting the area.

Hands down, the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The house, primarily the view, was far nicer in person than in the pictures. Stunning views. The house itself was extremely clean and organized. Honestly we have zero complaints about the entire process.

Great stay, great location. Views were excellent. Pool was great during the down time. Way deeper than expected. If you have little ones, make sure you bring appropriate floats. We’ll be back.
